Open Enrollment is February 1, 2010 - February 19, 2010
Anyone attempting to access the application prior to midnight February 1 will be directed to a "too early" page. The application will shut down at exactly 4:00 p.m. on Friday, February 19. Anyone attempting to access the application after that time will be directed to a "too late" page. Anyone working on an application at that time will be cut off and directed to the "too late" page.
